UPSTREET

Kindergarten - 5th Grades

In UpStreet, we hope to create a safe community where any child can discover, develop, and deepen a relationship with Jesus.
In UpStreet, we will focus on twelve main truths that we hope will anchor kids in unwavering faith that will last a lifetime.

I am known.
I am forgiven.
I am made for community.
I am never alone.
I am secure.
I am meant to know God.
I am loved.
I am set apart.
I am here to share Jesus.
I am uniquely designed.
I am in need of a Savior.
I am designed for a purpose.

Our hope is that as we open God's Word to learn together, kids deepen their understanding of who God is and who He says they are each and every week.

UpStreet is available during both the 9:15 and 11:15am services.

July's Truth about God - God cares.
July's Truth about us:  I live in a broken world.
During the month of July our elementary kids are diving deep into the truth that our world is broken. And because this world is broken, there's fear, sadness, and loneliness. We all feel things that are uncomfortable and painful at times. But kids will also learn the truth that God cares. God cares so deeply about things being broken that He sent a Rescuer to give us help and hope for today and for all eternity.
"One Can A Week"
UpStreet and Waumba Land (Infants-5th Grade) have an ongoing partnership with #lovechattanooga to serve our community throughout the year by bringing in canned goods for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Kids are invited to bring in canned food and/or dry goods to church that will then be donated to the food bank each month.
