UPSTREET

Kindergarten - 5th Grades

In UpStreet, we hope to create a safe community where any child can discover, develop, and deepen a relationship with Jesus.
In UpStreet, we will focus on twelve main truths that we hope will anchor kids in unwavering faith that will last a lifetime.

I am known.
I am forgiven.
I am made for community.
I am never alone.
I am secure.
I am meant to know God.
I am loved.
I am set apart.
I am here to share Jesus.
I am uniquely designed.
I am in need of a Savior.
I am designed for a purpose.

Our hope is that as we open God's Word to learn together, kids deepen their understanding of who God is and who He says they are each and every week.

UpStreet is available during both the 9:15 and 11:15am services.

March's Truth - I am loved.
During the month of March, our elementary kids will be on mission to explore the truth that they are loved by an unconditionally loving God. We will look to space to learn more about God's love. As we adventure into space together, we will come to learn that there is no limit to God's love for us. We can't wait to launch into this truth with your kids this month!
5th Grade Bucket List Challenge 2024
It's time for this year's 5th Grade Bucket List Challenge!  Each year during this challenge, our 5th graders count down their final weeks in UpStreet (and elementary school) together. Over the course of these twelve weeks, 5th graders will have the opportunity to complete an UpStreet Bucket List. The more things they check off and accomplish off the list, the more prizes they win!  From special Sunday events, to large group games, to parties...kids will not only have a blast, but will learn some foundational truths along the way. "One Can A Week"
UpStreet and Waumba Land (Infants-5th Grade) have an ongoing partnership with #lovechattanooga to serve our community throughout the year by bringing in canned goods for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Kids are invited to bring in canned food and/or dry goods to church that will then be donated to the food bank each month.
