In Waumba Land, we focus on 3 big ideas:

Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
We believe in an active, hands-on approach to learning with preschool children.Your kids can plan on a lot of jumping, singing, dancing, and laughter, while being surrounded by leaders who care for them. We also teach Bible stories to our preschool kids, allowing them to actively participate and engage a new story each week!
Rooms and teaching are age-specific.

What we are learning this August!
This month, we’re talking about the light that God sent into the world to shine bright for all the world to see. And this light has a name. His name is Jesus! Each time we choose to love like Jesus, we become a bright light. Just like each LiteBrite peg lights up to make a picture, each and every act of love is a bright light that makes a beautiful picture for the world to see Jesus.
"One Can A Week" Food Drive
UpStreet and Waumba Land (Infants-5th Grade) have an ongoing partnership with #lovechattanooga to serve our community throughout the year by bringing in canned goods. Each week, kids are invited to bring in canned food and/or dry goods to church that will then be donated to the Chattanooga Food Bank.
